Owensboro’s first Lowe’s Home Improvement store was on Ragu Dr. In 1993, the Southtown Blvd location opened as a 65,000 sq ft store. A larger 130,000 sq ft store was built behind it in 1998. The older building was razed to make room for extra parking.
